SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — The mother of Caleb Vazquez, one of the Islamic Center gunmen, filed a lawsuit on Monday against the mental health center treating him, alleging he went missing from the facility the evening before the shooting.
The Law Offices of Norman M. Finkelstein are representing Lilliana Vazquez in accusing Park Mental Health Treatment of San Diego of negligence, dependent adult/neglect, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.
