GEDDES, N.Y. — Bad weather doesn’t have to ruin a day at the New York State Fair, where several indoor attractions offer ways to stay dry while still taking in some of the fair’s biggest draws.
One option is the “Fast and the Furriest” corgi races, held inside the Expo Center three times a day. The crowd-favorite events put the dogs head-to-head as they sprint toward the finish line.
“Corgi races are traveling a little bit, but this isn’t everywhere so we thought why don’t we just bring it everywhere,” said Sergie Iandkas, owner of “the Fast and the Furriest.”…
