EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Police Department is looking at new ways to address impaired driving as DWI arrests continue to trend upward in the city.
EPPD presented City Council with a strategy on Tuesday, Sept. 1, aimed at reducing impaired driving through a combination of prevention, enforcement, community involvement and intervention.
