EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — New toll rates for commercial vehicles took effect Sept. 1 at three El Paso international ports of entry.
The changes apply at the Ysleta-Zaragoza, Stanton-Lerdo and Paso del Norte international bridges, which are managed by the City of El Paso International Bridges Department.
Under the new rate structure, commercial vehicles using prepaid accounts will pay $4.50 per axle, while vehicles paying cash at the booth will pay $5 per axle…
