DETROIT, MI – A Trenton man is suing the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office and three officers for using a stun gun.
Robert Johnson is claiming three deputies used excessive force by using a stun gun on him “for being in a fighting stance,” despite being unarmed, according to a complaint filed Aug. 31 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
