CHELSEA, MI — A retirement community in Chelsea is celebrating a newly expanded chapel and performing arts center in the city west of Ann Arbor.
Chelsea Retirement Community marked the completion of the major renovation with a rededication ceremony for its Chapel & Performing Arts Center on Wednesday, Aug. 26, welcoming nearly 150 guests.
