Malden woman pleads guilty to assaulting federal agents, threatening to kill them

BOSTON (WWLP) – A Malden woman pleaded guilty in federal court to assaulting federal agents during an immigration enforcement operation and threatening to kill them.

Suspect taken into custody in Pittsfield shooting investigation

According to federal prosecutors, Bethany Abigail Terrill, 37, pleaded guilty to one count of influencing, impeding or retaliating against a federal official by simple assault.

Terrill was arrested and charged in October 2025 and later indicted by a federal grand jury in March 2026.
