BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Thousands are without power throughout Western New York as thunderstorms roll through the area on Wednesday morning.
Much of Western New York, including parts of Erie and Genesee counties, as well as all of Wyoming County, is under a severe thunderstorm warning until 9:45 a.m. Wednesday. Parts of McKean County in Pennsylvania was briefly under a tornado warning.
