53-year-old accused of robbing Kenmore bank

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A 53-year-old man was arrested after being accused of robbing an M&T Bank in Kenmore on Monday, Kenmore police said.

Glenn Bender is accused of robbing the bank at 2822 Delaware Ave. around 1 p.m. Monday. Officials allege that he entered the bank and left with an undetermined amount of cash; investigators used K-9 dogs and drones as part of their search.

Bender was arraigned and released on an appearance ticket, officials said. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
