Murder suspect Anthony Moore is set to go to trial at the end of September, but in Christian Circuit Court Wednesday morning, several motions were discussed.
Moore is charged in the death of 31-year-old Cicara Chantel James at a location on Pembroke-Oak Grove Road in March of 2025. Up for consideration was a motion concerning 404B evidence, which is concerning past actions, events or crimes that could be used as evidence in a trial.
