CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A man was seriously injured after falling off his E-Bike Wednesday morning.
The accident happened around 9:30 a.m. in the area of E. 59th Street and Harvard Avenue, on the Newburgh Heights border.
Witnesses said the man appeared to take a turn too fast and fell off his bike.
