Syracuse, N.Y. — Scattered power outages and flooded roads were reported Wednesday across Onondaga County as heavy rain inundated the region.
About 1,400 customers were without electric power as of 11:30 a.m., according to National Grid. The outages were concentrated in Otisco, Baldwinsville and residential neighborhoods in Salina and Clay just west of Sweetheart Corner.
