A San Antonio man told investigators he pressed his forearm against his crying 4-week-old baby, fracturing the infant’s ribs, after initially giving police a different account, according to an arrest affidavit.
Aaron Espinoza, 19, is charged with injury to a child causing serious bodily injury, according to the affidavit. He posted $150,000 bond and was released Wednesday.
