SALEM Ore. (KPTV) – The sticker isn’t much to look at. It’s about the size of a piece of paper, and it goes up on the front door or window of a massage business the state has determined is operating without a license.
It says the facility is unlicensed. It warns of health risks. And near the bottom, in smaller print, it lists the National Human Trafficking Hotline.
