BOSTON, MA — A Dorchester man was arrested on drug trafficking charges after allegedly discarding drugs while fleeing from police.
On Tuesday, officers assigned to the citywide Neighborhood Engagement Safety Team arrested Dale Clarke, 29, of Dorchester, on various drug-related offenses.
