WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) – A preliminary hearing is scheduled Thursday morning for a 56-year-old woman charged with causing her grandson’s death.
Online court records show Ann Spaude, of Milwaukee, will appear in court at 9:50 a.m. for a preliminary hearing. That’s where a judge will rule if there is enough evidence for the case to head to trial.
