Leeds councilor resigns from Water Works Board after AG raises conflict

Leeds City Councilor Sabrina Rose has resigned from the Leeds Water Works Board after Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall argued she could not serve in both positions.

Rose’s resignation from the Water Works Board took effect Sept. 1. The Leeds City Council met in a special-called session to acknowledge Marshall’s opinion.
