BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN)……A nearly century-old Delaware Avenue apartment complex has landed new owners.
Investors YAVI Holdings Ltd. paid $1.6 million for the mixed-use complex that stretches between 2431 Delaware Avenue and 2435 Delaware Avenue.
The property had been owned by investors Greenlane Court LLC and FoxView LLC.…
