A former Penn State star plans to convert two vacant office buildings in Dauphin County into apartments.
Adam Breneman and his company, Breneman Commercial Properties, submitted a land development plan for the project.
The developer proposes converting the office buildings into apartment buildings with 38 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 319 to 934 square feet.
