With dangerous heat continuing across the Mid-South, doctors are warning that people may be dehydrated without realizing it, and some symptoms of heat-related illness may not become noticeable until after someone comes back inside.
Parts of the Mid-South are under a heat advisory in effect through Saturday evening, with heat index values expected to climb above 100 degrees.
