EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — An intersection in East El Paso was blocked off Thursday morning, Sept. 3, as law enforcement was on the scene.
Vista del Sol and Pullman drives near North Zaragoza Road were blocked off.
KTSM 9 News was at the scene and saw a wrecked car, Texas Department of Public Safety troopers, and El Paso police officers at the intersection.
Texas Department of Public Safety said the El Paso Police Department is the lead agency in this incident.
