As someone who’s been in the real estate field for more than 30 years, Denver-based entrepreneur Jason Smith is regularly around a variety of residential properties.

Recently, when it came time for him to diversify his portfolio, he knew exactly what field he wanted to look into, and began researching franchise concepts with a commitment to exceptional standards.

Smith landed on 76 Fence, a Pennsylvania brand with 130 territories across 14 states that provides fence installation and maintenance services to residential and commercial clients.
