Allen County Fire & EMS District leaders hold town hall to open conversation with residents

ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) — Leaders of the newly unified Allen County Fire & EMS District met with residents Thursday to discuss the ongoing consolidation of local fire and emergency medical services, including plans to improve response times and increase staffing.

The public town hall at the Leo-Cedarville Pavilion gave residents, business owners and community members an opportunity to ask questions about what the new district will mean for emergency coverage and the future of fire and EMS services in Allen County.
