Massive Texas Retail Development Welcomes Tenants

DALLAS – (Realty News Report) – One of the largest new retail developments in Texas has welcomed new tenants including a Target, H-E-B, and the state’s first BJ’s Wholesale store.

Dallas-based StreetLevel Investments provided a leasing update at Village at Gateway, a 152-acre mixed-use development in Forney, about 25 miles east of Dallas. StreetLevel is developing the project at North Gateway Boulevard and U.S. Highway 80 with 750,000 SF of retail, entertainment, and restaurants in Phase I. The center is part of the 2,000-acre Gateway master planned development.

Village at Gateway was designed by GFF, while Ridgemont Commercial Construction served as the general contractor.
