PPL electric customers can get free help with bills at September events

PPL Electric Utilities will hold in-person sessions throughout September to help customers access financial assistance programs and manage their electric bills more effectively.

PPL will send representatives to multiple locations across Pennsylvania to discuss program eligibility and guide customers through applications for programs including OnTrack and Operation HELP.

The events are scheduled at the following locations and times:

  • The Salvation Army Harrisburg at 506 S. 29th St. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8; and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17.
  • The 2026 Senior Expo at the Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Company in Lehighton, Carbon County, on Wednesday, Sept. 9, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9.
  • The Capital Blue Cross Senior Fair in Harrisburg from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18.
