WEST RIVER, Md. — A 34-year-old Laurel man was killed Thursday afternoon after the commercial truck he was driving left the roadway, struck several utility poles and trees, and ejected him in West River.
Anne Arundel County Police identified the driver as Keith Whitley Haines.
