Bluffton High School breaks ground on expansion

BLUFFTON, S.C. (WSAV) – Friday, Bluffton High School (BHS) and Beaufort County School District (BCSD) broke ground on a Career and Technical Education (CTE) building designed to help students graduate with workforce skills.

The funding for the building is all part of the 2023 BCSD bond referendum. Leaders said this space covers 23,870 square feet and will offer multiple programs, such as building construction trades, public safety/firefighting, family and consumer sciences, Army JROTC and artificial intelligence/advancing technologies, which leaders emphasize are important skills to introduce to students early.
