Shane Pate to step down as Nichols Hills city manager after 10 years

NICHOLS HILLS, Okla. (KOKH) — Nichols Hills will have a new city manager in the new year.

After 10 years, Shane Pate announced that he plans to step down as Nichols Hills City Manager on Dec. 31.

“Serving this community has been the honor of a lifetime. I want to express my deepest gratitude for the opportunity to serve you, for the countless friendships we have built, and for teaching me the true meaning and importance of being a good neighbor. Please rest assured that Nichols Hills remains in incredibly capable hands. Our City Council is experienced and knowledgeable. Our staff is exceptionally productive and customer service-focused, and we are supported by over 100 dedicated residents who volunteer on public boards to oversee and ensure the success of our local government.
