RUIDOSO DOWNS, N.M. – Ruidoso Downs is moving its All American Triple Crown races to Dallas, a major shift for a New Mexico horse racing industry already under pressure.
The move comes more than two years after the South Fork and Salt fires and the floods that followed, as Ruidoso continues to recover from natural disasters.
