A 50-year-old Gresham man has been charged with manslaughter in connection with a fatal rollover utility-terrain vehicle crash last October near Triangle Lake.
A Lane County grand jury indictment filed Wednesday, Sept. 2, charged Walter Frederick Rogers with second-degree manslaughter and DUII. Court records show a warrant issued for Rogers’ arrest.
