EUGENE, Ore. — Eugene police cited a Springfield couple after officers said two 16-year-olds were left along Interstate 105 early Friday following a dispute.
At about 5:02 a.m. Sept. 4, a caller reported seeing two juveniles along I-105 near Delta Highway attempting to wave down passing vehicles for help, according to the Eugene Police Department (EPD).
