Another beleaguered former department store at Clackamas Town Center has undergone a facelift.
When Sears shuttered its Happy Valley mall location in 2018, it left behind nearly 150,000 square feet of empty retail space in desperate need of new tenants. Dick’s Sporting Goods revived most of it in 2020 — though the upstairs area, plus two ground-level spaces, remained vacant.
Now one more small piece of the ex-Sears puzzle has finally been filled…
