‘Doors locked at all times’: Open air drug activity frustrates Southeast Portland neighbors

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Neighbors and business owners in Southeast Portland are fed up as the area near Southeast Division and 92nd has become an open air drug market.

“Buying, selling, buying happens right here,” one neighbor, who wished to remain anonymous, said. “All day, every day.”
