TAMPA, Fla. — The Tampa Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find 28-year-old Michael Paul Simpson after issuing a Purple Alert on his behalf.
Simpson was last seen near Tampa International Airport. According to investigators, he made statements to family and loved ones that have left them deeply concerned for his safety and well-being.
