LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — Virginia State Police (VSP) issued a critically missing adult alert for an elderly man in Purcellville on Saturday.
Police described 80-year-old Raphael Jeff Dadzie as a bald Black man with black eyes, standing at 5’8″ tall and weighing 173 pounds.
He was last seen wearing brown pants, a greenish button-up long-sleeved shirt, a baseball cap with the New York Mets logo, and black shoes.
According to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO), Dadzie was last seen on surveillance footage leaving through the main entrance of the Harris Teeter on Purcellville Gateway Drive around 6:30 p.m., heading towards Main Street…
