DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Kettering Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify a man who it alleges fled a traffic stop recently.
His motorcycle plate is OH# HBK78 (expired 2024). Officials said he was last seen fleeing northbound on Culver and onto Watervliet.
They described him as having a thin build, with scruff and tattoos on his right arm / the back of his neck.
