An Indianola man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to drug and property-related charges in two separate cases.
According to court records, 55-year-old Scott Allen Macken pleaded guilty to third-offense possession of marijuana, a Class D felony, and trespass causing property damage, a serious misdemeanor.
Macken was sentenced to five years in prison on the felony charge and one year on the misdemeanor charge, but both sentences were suspended. He was placed on two years of probation through the Fifth Judicial District Department of Correctional Services.
