SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The Suffolk Police Department is asking for the community’s help with a cold case that has now been unsolved for 25 years, as of Sept. 5.
On Sept. 5, 2001, landscapers found a deceased man behind residences in the 4700 block of Camellia Drive. Robert Madison III, 26, had been shot several times and was deemed to have already been dead for two days when he was found.
Madison lived locally and knew people in Norfolk and Portsmouth…
