ROCHESTER, N.Y. — City offices and services will be closed Monday for the holiday.
City Hall, most recreation centers, libraries, the city’s 311 call center, and Rochester Animal Services will be closed. The Rochester Traffic Violations Agency and the human services administrative office building at 57 St. Paul St. will also be closed.
Trash pickup will be delayed one day. City offices and state construction on the roads will start up again on Tuesday.
