Plans have been submitted to the City of Rockville for the construction of a new bank with a drive-through at Fallsgrove Village Center. The new standalone building would be located between the existing Krispy Kreme and Capital One drive-thru buildings.
FG Retail Group, LLC, an affiliate of Lerner Enterprises, has filed a Level 2 Site Plan application to construct an approximately 3,500 SF bank building in the southwest corner of the shopping center property, near Shady Grove Rd. The identity of the proposed bank was not included in the application materials.
The drive-through would run along the building’s west side, parallel to Shady Grove Rd, with space for five vehicles. A separate bypass lane would allow other vehicles to travel through the area without entering the drive-through queue…
