A fire in a carport attached to a mobile home prompted a response from Reno firefighters Sunday near the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.
According to the Reno Fire Department, crews responded to the fire off Gentry and arrived to find flames burning in a carport area. Firefighters quickly worked to contain the blaze and prevent it from spreading.
The fire was extinguished without any reported injuries.
A total of 24 personnel responded to the scene. Officials said the cause of the fire remains under investigation…
