Roswell is preparing to welcome a café built around something that usually gets only a line or two on the coffee-shop menu.
OCT Chai Bar is nearing an opening at 580 E. Crossville Road, Suite 400, with a menu centered on freshly prepared chai, regional Indian teas and a small selection of food. The roughly 25-seat café will also include a lounge and bookshelves, giving customers room to stay rather than simply pick up a drink and leave.
The business had been targeting late August or the first week of September after construction delays. As of Sept. 6, a firm opening day has not been announced, but the build-out was described as being in its final stage…
