MANLIUS, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Police arrested a Syracuse man after he allegedly threatened people with a knife in a fight at Green Lakes State Park Monday afternoon, Sept. 7.
A statement from the Manlius Police said around 12:33 p.m., officers went out to Green Lakes State Park following reports of an ongoing fight. The fight, police said, involved a suspect threatening people with a knife.
A 911 caller told police that the suspect, identified as 63-year-old Jerel Killingsworth, pulled out a knife during an argument, attacked people, and damaged property.
