TV celebrity chef Graham Elliot, who helped Fort Worth-based Far Out Hospitality revamp menus and grow to a 15-restaurant company with locations across Texas, is starting his own company and will open Commodore Tavern & Terrace, he posted Monday on social media.
Elliot did not identify the location. But Fort Worth city paperwork shows a Commodore Tavern & Terrace will open at 1101 W. Magnolia Ave., a former wine bar.
Elliot and another Far Out chef, Charlie Rushton, will open Commodore this fall as a “neighborhood restaurant,” he wrote, with “great food, great drinks, warm hospitality, and most importantly, a place we hope feels like it belongs here.”…
