ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Albuquerque police arrested Juan Maestas after they said he killed one man, shot at multiple others and pulled a gun on officers.
Maestas is in jail for now, and faces an open count of murder for Friday’s shooting along with several other crimes tied to a series of attacks.
Police say the first shooting happened last Wednesday at a Maverik on Montgomery. They say Maestas fired multiple times through the rear-view window at a man who had his daughter in the back seat, hitting the man in the arm before he drove himself to the hospital…
