MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Multiple crashes along Interstate 40, Interstate 240, and Highway 385 caused serious traffic jams across the Memphis area Tuesday morning.
On Highway 385, a stalled car blocked off the right shoulder near Riverdale; the more congestive crash, however, was at Highway 385 and the I-240 off-ramp, leaving the ramp blocked and causing stop-and-go traffic on the Highway.
