Port of Oakland Advances $642 Million Harbor Widening Project for Larger Ships

The Port of Oakland and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers have signed a design agreement for a $642 million project aimed at making it easier for larger containerships to maneuver at one of the busiest ports on the U.S. West Coast.
