BURLINGTON, Ky. (WXIX) – Neighbors in the Brentwood subdivision say someone has been leaving nails in their driveways for the past year, costing families thousands of dollars in tire repairs.
“The concern is, you know, you want good, reliable vehicles, you want your tires to be good if you’re driving down the highway. You don’t wanna get a blowout because you know someone’s targeting you,” a resident said.
Problem started near subdivision entrance
The issue began last year near the entrance of the Brentwood subdivision, according to resident Jarrod Chambers.
“There were days where multiple neighbors, when they go on their walk, are checking the entryway, and we get nails at the entryway up to 4 times in the same day,” Chambers said…
