PARCHMENT, Mich. — Residents in Parchment say vehicle break-ins and thefts have become a growing concern, with some neighbors now sharing surveillance video, adding security cameras and keeping a closer eye on their streets.
Tonee Poechhacker said she was looking out her window around 6 a.m. when she noticed two cars circling her mailbox. She said the vehicles went through a neighbor’s yard and left tire marks and damage around her mailbox.
