LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — As Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development celebrates its 90th anniversary, the Lancaster health nonprofit for children will be hosting its annual Duckie Race & Festival for the 38th time.
The free family event, presented in partnership with sponsors Lancaster Toyota and Penn Medicine LGH, will feature an afternoon of fun activities, food and entertainment on Sunday, Sept. 13, along with its signature inclusive races, including the 100-meter Duckling Dash for children ages 2-12 and the one-mile Duckie Dash for all participants.

Some of the activities include pony rides, carnival and lawn games, balloon art, classic British sports clubs from the LANCO MG Club, the On the Go mobile library from the Lancaster Public Library and live music from Schreiber’s own band, The UnSinkables.
A sensory-friendly space will be on site. Service animals are welcome throughout the entire event…
